The men of Pendleton, Oregon next in line for their draft examination are listed on the front page. To fund the war the U.S. is readying to issue a third Liberty Bond which will be double the size of the prior one. Supplies are getting to France, while anarchists are threatening the U.S, Ambassador in Petrograd, and socialists are striking in Berlin.
