The Chattanooga, TN health department provides advice -  Don't Be Alarmed - Be Careful - across a full page. The column was bought for them by the volunteer State Insurance Company, First National Bank, Hotel Patten and Macgill Hardware. Advice on things to do before the doctor arrived - go to bed, open all windows, have all caregivers wear masks . . . The allies are  advancing on all fronts.
