The Chattanooga, TN health department is sending a second health officer to the front. Mrs Finney Carter has had to resign her duties at Camp Oglethorpe after coming down with influenza. More than 300 hundred residents of the city are named as having flu. General Pershing is now commanding an army of 2 million.
