Ty Cobb is reporting to Camp Humphreys to become an officer in the chemical warfare service. The Pennsylvania State Health Commissioner has requested from the Adjutant General tents be sent to Chester to help with influenza patients, whose recovered is jeopardized by their rooming houses.
