The fuel restrictions are projected into the coming winter with more mines forced to close due to influenza. The Fuel Administration recommends delaying furnace fires until it is absolutely necessary. Franklin D Roosevelt has recovered from his case of influenza and visits the Naval Academy Superintendent in Annapolis.
