The Red Cross’ Lake Division Manager asks all chapters to continue their civil relief work and await the demobilization plans. The Richmond, IN county health officer reports influenza cases are on the decrease, just 5 people remain in the temporary hospital. Earlham College and the Friends Society are developing courses to help rebuild Russia.
