The Maryland Defense Committee is winding up its work, the Americanization Committee and Compulsory Work Board and their staff will cease all expenditures by December 31. All who have participated are commended for having helped in the “winning of the great war for the freedom of the world.” Taxes are due from the residents of Cambridge on January 1.
