Mayo Clinic doctor LC Rosenow reports to the APHA his inoculation efforts. Surgeon General Blue reports 350,000 deaths occurred in the past 3 months from influenza, but has no numbers from the army camps. The Minnesota legislature will discuss banning the red flag as the first bill in the new session.
