The US state department reports a violent outbreak of influenza in Guatemala. Premier Ebert has ordered the Prussian guards to raid the Spartacus movement’s offices and established “iron rule” over the Berlin. The Department of Justice asks saloon owners top pledge not to sell liquor bottles.
