The third Liberty Bond is not pulling in sufficient cash, so the twelve federal reserve banks have deposited more than $136M into the Treasury. The British have slowed the German assault in Flanders. Pro-German thieves have stoled a print of the "Beast of Berlin," moving picture in Kansas City.
