Robert Prager was lynched in Collinsville, IL for pro-German sentiments. His assailants have been identified and are being chased by the Madison county district attorney, although without the cooperation of four justices of the peace who don'r "care to get mixed up in the matter. Industrial 'slackers' are going to put to work and subject tot he draft.
