The Wilson Administration is split over Prohibition, Josephus Daniels, Secretary of the Navy directly contradicts the Shipping Board Chair, Hurley and Postmaster General Burleson. Daniels believes the dry areas are producing more ships. Twenty-five Christian boys are leaving from Hopkinsville, KY to Camp Taylor heading to the war in Europe.
