The Red Cross is donating 600,000 francs to address the influenza in Switzerland. Bridgeport, CT is in the middle of its largest shoe sale ever, $28K of shoes are being sold 3 for 1. 1000 wives, children and brothers were on hand to see troops off to be trained at Camp Devens.
