Troop transports coming to the Atlantic ports are being monitored for influenza cases. The spread through US forces is the expressed concern. The influenza is said to have spread to ehe continent, from Spain via German spies in submarines, and the German press is not fully reporting the extent of spread. The YMCA is seeking 3000 middle-aged men to do overseas war work.
