The superintendent of the District of Columbia police suggests that the Baltimore liquor license board stop certain liquors sales to thwart bootleggers. The police chief of WilkesBarre, PA says he will start a round up of slackers. The District of Columbia draft board is requiring all 21 year-olds to register.
