The influenza is epidemic in Belgium. The death rate is high due to the weak state of the population and food shortages. The British have landed troops in Vladivostock supporting the White Guards. Trotsky issues a decree that traitors (White Guard) are subject to the death penalty. The War Board still has an aim for a 5 million man US army.
