The outbreak in Boston is assuming larger proportions according to health commissioner Hitchcock. He says patients should be isolated to protect others and kept in bed under fully well. At Fenway Park the Cubs win the firth game in a shutout to trim the Red Sox lead in the World Series to 3-2.
