Two deaths from Spanish influenza are reported and named: Isaac Smith of Willow Springs, Missouri, and David McDougal of Quincy, Massachusetts. Smith a shipping apprentice died at the Brooks emergency hospital at Corey Hill, Boston. The war department announces it will not restrict the college football schedules.
