Lumberton, NC is quarantined fro travel in all directions - Wilmington, Charlotte, Fayetteville by Mayor Proctor. A week ago there were 6 cases, now there are 90 in Lumberton and 117 in Robeson county. The moving pictures, churches and cotton mills are all shuttered.
