Fuel Administratör Garfield, son of the 20th President, says that the gas savings measures were designed for pleasure trips not necessary activities. The German line is in full retreat from Lens to Rheims, 112,000 prisoners have been captured in this 50 mile sector since the beginning of July. The Senate votes for a federal ban on beer and wine production from June 30, 1919 to the end of the war.
