Canadian troops elect a nurse as their representative, on the basis she knows their conditions best. Her platform is focused on their post-deployment prospects. Meanwhile their are reports of mysterious fires being set in ports and on bases; and positive descriptions of the bolsheviki taking care of the "riffraff," as they reform Russia.
