A western Kansas soldier was identified as being a super spreader of meningitis at Camp Doniphan, Oklahoma, having recently moved from Camp Funston. Kansas. Twenty-nine soldiers have been identified by the camp surgeons. The column is ironically located beside a poem praising nicotine by Dr. W. Roby. Record cold is reported in Kansas.
