The Ohio Medical Association is calling for 200 doctors to be demobilized from war service to help with the influenza epidemic. The West Virginia federation of Women’s Club is calling for compulsory registration of all births. The coal industry of West Virginia is returning to full activity as the restrictions on the railroads are lifted.
