The War Savings Campaign Committee's work was spread by the speeches of the "four-minute men." The Committee on Public Infomation provided patriotic information topics for local speakers with instructions on how, and what, to say before movie audiences. The Morgan City Daily Review's front page also has a 2 column advertisement paid for by local businessment for the War Savings Stamps.
