Thomas Mooney's lawyer has filed a motion claiming wilful prosecutorial fraud and malfeasance to stay his execution in San Francisco. Mooney was convicted of murder from his bombing a preparedness parade. The boy Duke Alexis Romanoff has been named Emperor of Russia by the exiled royal family.
