There will be furloughs from war service for workers involved in the harvest. The same column repots that the "alien property custodian" has been given the power to sell property without advertisement "enemy-owned livestock." In Texas changes tot he naturalization laws are being relaxed for any non-enemy alien in the state since May of 1914.
