The Pennsylvania State Health Department reports that typhoid deaths are a record low. The largest number of deaths in February are from pneumonia, just one death from smallpox, 70 suicides and 163 from railway injuries. A monster liberty bonds parade is being organized to include school children in Harrisburg, PA.
