Former President Teddy Roosevelt is accusing the Wilson Administration of stifling criticism while supporting the anti-American rhetoric of the Hearst papers. Attorney General Gregory urges the Assistant AGS to take care in applying the sedition act. Fifty percent of women registered with parties at the first opportunity to enroll. The Republicans in Congress delay the tax bill.
