Official inaction and a 1913 Jim Crow ordnance segregated the neighborhood at Montgall and Vine in Kansas City. MO has enabled a series of dynamiting of African American houses. The latest victim is a widow with sons fighting in France. Wheatley-Provident hospital attracts 12,000 African Americans to its dedication.
