The "teutons drench allied lines" with gas and are "no respecters of persons," as the masks on children in Reims demonstrate.  The citizens of Tombstone, Arizona are debating whether cowboys should be exempt from the draft, while being informed that the Arizona draftees are the healthiest; only two of their Cochise County boys were rejected  by Camp Funston.
